Crane Fluid Systems operates a Quality Management System, assessed by BSI Quality Assurance as meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO9001 Certificate Number: FM00311. Crane Fluid Systems have also been assessed by BSI against the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and on the basis of the assessment have been awarded a Quality Assurance Module E1 Certificate of Conformity No. CE 54842 DECLARATION We hereby declare that the Malleable Iron and Bronze Pipe Fittings detailed above are manufactured in accordance with the relevant product standards. Although pipe fittings supplied by Crane Fluid Systems are excluded from the scope of the Pressure Equipment Directive they generally meet the Essential Safety Requirements defined in the Directive. Pipe fittings should only be used with fluids that are compatible with the malleable iron or bronze, as appropriate, and within the Pressure/Temperature limitations detailed above.
