Nokia right now is on top of the list in communication services. Any alternative way in adding up service
to avid customers can lead to large difference in net sales against their rival companies. One alternative
is looking to attract more customers were consumers of other communication companies shifting to
Nokia. This will highly put Nokia on top of the list were Nokia is irreplaceable. Second as the company
plans to add up more product and service to communication users people of Nokia that composes
engineer, marketing analyst etc. should exert more effort in constructing high quality products which all
the customers look. Third Nokia Way as the company says should be implement in regular basis leading
to competency which will be the key in Nokia’s quest to stay on top.

IV. Evaluation of Alternatives

If the alternatives stated in the last part will be implement Nokia’s building foundation through success
will be highly rated worldwide. This alternative can put Nokia on the list not only the top performing
communication companies but as one of the top performing company of all. In past years Nokia has
proven communication users the quality of product and service they offered. Consumer’s attention and
loyalty is one of the main missions Nokia’s looking to meet. Through the years Nokia has been receiving
customer’s satisfaction as we all know this proves the brand’s performance. Following alternatives will
lead to more consumers that result for more opportunities avoiding threats to other communication
companies. Lastly, Nokia will experience another success adding to the company’s achievement.

V. Recommendation

For my recommendation I can say Nokia should add up promotions. Nokia in recent years has been
highly commercially endorse Nowadays Nokia is the top performing communication provider in the
whole world so expectations from the customers the company looks to overcome. Adding more
commercials will promote Nokia’s new product and service offering. Second the company should expand
its distributions not only in first and middle world countries but also in third world countries in Africa
increasing the number of Nokia stores worldwide.
