As a group, we agree to
• Not keep you any later than 5.30pm
• Provide you with food and drink
• Ensure the film is well-made and something to be proud of
• Abide by health and safety rules
• Give you a copy of the finished film opening
• Let you know as soon as possible if any shoots are cancelled or
rescheduled

• Arrive on time
• Not plan any other commitments on agreed filming dates
• Listen and act upon the group’s directions

• Let a member of the group know if there is a problem as soon
as possible
