It is REQUIRED to have a current physical on file.

Physicals current within one year of the beginning of the activity/season will be accepted.

Our goal is to make the most enjoyable program for youth of the Ft. Wainwright community.
In order to accomplish this task, we need your involvement by participating as team coaches,
team parents and team coordinators.

Free sports registrations are available through Army Family Covenant.
