Posting a New Transaction

After logging in with a designated user id, the System window would appear. The transaction
window would be accessible in the Main Menu or by pressing “F2”. Refer to the image below.

After accessing the menu the transaction window would appear. The highlighted box (blue)
would indicate that it is the currently selected item. At this point the Reference Number is the currently
selected box. Since the reference number is following the transaction series, it is un-editable.

Pressing return(enter key) would take you to the reference box where you can enter the client’s
name.

 Pressing the enter key would take you to the transaction code box. Where you can type the
transaction for the player. Notice the left part of the window which will display the items that are
included on the transaction and the amount respecting to the time it is being transacted.

Transaction Codes:

101 – Regular Players

102 – Foreigner Players

103 – Senior Citizens

104 – Jun Golfer

To assign a tee girl for the player you will have to press the icon. To select from the list of tee girls.
The tee Girl window would appear and typing the first few letters of the tee girl would automatically find
her name if its available.

Search for the tee girl’s name -> Select it using your mouse -> the press Select Button

Press the enter key until the quantity box is selected. At this point key in how many buckets are being
ordered by the customer.

Pressing Enter key would Display the Transaction amount which is the amount the player should pay.

Pressing enter again would take you to the amount paid box, where you will type in the amount of
money being handed to you.

Pressing enter would display the change of the player.

To transact another transaction press Next Transaction and go back to the 1 st procedure.
