    Discharge Plan

    Medication

     Mefenamic Acid- pain reliever


     Ferrous Sulfate- iron supplement
     Clindamycin- antibiotic

    Exercise

     Advised gradual stretching or walking exercise

    Treatment

     Take medicine with meals


     Continue home medication as ordered

    Health Teaching

     Instruct patient to clean wound from inner to outer with beta dine
     Hand washing before cleaning the wound
     Advised adequate rest and sleep.

    Out Patient

     After 2weeks of being discharge the patient is advised to have follow up check up for
    further observation of the condition
     Advised the patient to have a regular monthly check up to prevent further complication.

    Diet

     Diet as tolerated

    Sexual activity

    Advised patient to lessen sexual intercourse
