VISION

Vision is the ability to frame our


actions particularly in service to
others within a real picture of what
ought to be
VOICE

Claiming our voice is the process of


articulating our vision to others in an
authentic and convincing way that
motivates them to action.
VIRTUE
• Virtue stands for the common good.

• The quality of doing what is right and avoiding

what is wrong.

• A particular moral excellence


Leadership Ethics
Effective Leader
An effective leader who does not value ethics but he is
specific goal oriented. This type of leader will not hesitate
to utilize deception intent to achieve an objective, usually a
monetary one.

Ethical Leader
An ethical leader attempts to achieve that same goal but
being loyal, truthfulness and with value. An ethical leader
is a person who "do the right thing."
