1. This form is only for those continuing students who did not receive the computerized admission
form due to any reason and want to continue their running programme. This form should not be used for
fresh admission in any programme.
2. Those students, who have completed their one programme and want to take admission in other
programme, may use a new admission form available from AIOU Regional Offices and Admission Office.
3. For selection of courses please click the COURSES button and write the names of selected
courses in the Admission Form. Be careful while writing the course codes. For further guidance regarding
selection of courses and fee, please consult your Prospectus and concerned Regional Office.
