4. Carefully align the upper grille so that it is perfectly
centered around the running horse emblem. Press
the grille firmly at all four (4) center stud locations
to indent the factory plastic grille.
7. Carefully remove the stainless grille. Use a 5/16”
drill bit to drill through the marks made by the
outer mounting studs.

8. Remove the 10mm bolt retaining the bumper
cover to the support to allow access to the lower
mounting studs.
9. Lift up on the bumper cover to clear the alignment
tab and pull the bumper cover forward.

6. Carefully align the grille back into place and pass
the center mounting studs through the holes
drilled in step 5. Apply enough pressure to the
outer mouting stud locations to indent the factory
plastic grille.

10. Install a black plastic washer and a 8-32 ESNA half
nut onto each stud and tighten. Tighten the top
nuts first.

11. Pull the grille and bumper cover out far enough to
access the lower mounting studs and use a ratch-
eting box wrench (works best) to tighten.
12. Once the hardware is tightened, reposition the
bumper cover back into place and install the
10mm bolts.
13. Carefully align the lower grill into place, and press
the studs firmly to indent the plastic on the factory
grille (not shown).
14. Use a 5/16” drill bit to drill through the marks
made in step 12.
15. Align the studs into the mounting holes and press
the lower grille firmly into place. Install a 1” nylon
washer and an 8-32 ESNA half nut onto each stud
and tighten.

16. Remove the protective masking tape and reinstall

the radiator support panel cover to finish.
