Microsoft word

Introduction:-
Microsoft word is a word processing software package. It gives our home computer as well as business
computer for desktop publishing. It is most recent version of word. This release includes numerous
changes, include new XML based file format, a redesigned inter face, an integrated equation editor,
bibliographic management, and support for structured documents. It also has contextual tabs, which
are functionally specific to the objects with focus and many other features like live preview (which
enables us to view the documents without permanent change), mini toolbar , super tool tips, quick
access toolbar, smart art, etc.
 Editing and text styling:-In Microsoft Word, we create documents by typing them. For example, if we want to
create a report, you open Microsoft Word and then begin typing. We do not have to do anything when our text
reaches the end of a line and we want to move to a new line—Microsoft Word automatically moves your text to
a new line.  If we want to start a new paragraph, press Enter. Microsoft word creates a blank line to indicate the
start of a new paragraph. To capitalize, hold down the Shift key while typing the letter we want to capitalize.  If
we make a mistake, you can delete what you typed and then type your correction. We can use the Backspace
key to delete. Each time we press the Backspace key, Microsoft Word deletes the character that precedes the
insertion point.
