WORK EXPERIENCE

I started working at the age of 16. I was accepted into a co-op program at NADEP, Cherry Point.
My job title was an air framer. I worked as a helicopter mechanic for two summers. I now work
at Ruby Tuesdays in Morehead City full-time as a bartender. I have been working at Ruby
Tuesdays for five years now.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

I graduated from Havelock High School in 2006. I took a few classes at Craven Community
College in 2007, but soon realized that was not the school for me. I began taking courses at
Carteret Community College in 2009 and am now almost finished with my associate’s degree in
Business Administration. I look forward to finishing school and my future as an educated
member of society. I love to learn new things.

Hobbies & Interest

I have many different hobbies and interests. One of my hobbies is scrapbooking. I have been
doing scrapbooks for a few years now, and I love it. Another interest of mine is studying the
Japanese culture. I am a quarter Japanese and I love learning about my heritage. Finally, In my
spare time I do part time jobs helping the elderly. I enjoy spending time with elderly people, I
read to them, talk with them, cook for them and other miscellaneous tasks.

Other

I recently got engaged to my boyfriend of five years. Upon being married I will have a 13 year
old step son. My fiancé and I have three dogs. A two year old Bulldog named Suki, A 4 year old
Pug named Max, and a 15 week old Boston terrier named Bella. I am a active member of my
church, Victory Baptist. I have faith that God has a wonderful plan for my life.
