(3) Create a new custom form (named frmProgramsAndMembers) based on the tblProgram and
tblMember tables based on the following criteria:
• Selected fields (see th figure) from tblMember appear in a subform named
frmProgramMemberSubform
• The form has a calculated control that displays the total number of records that appear
in the subform.
• Set the ControlTip Text property of your calculated control to “Total Number of
members in this program”. Set the Tab Stop property to false.
• Apply an AutoFormat to the form (does not have to match screenshot)
