Contractor agreement

This agreement is made last January 9,2011 by and between Khrystian Miguel
Estrella and Karlo Marko Nobleza, the contractors and ,the client.

Witness that the contractors and the client for the condition name agree as
follows.

Scope of work

The contractors must perform and furnish all the materials needed at Aya
Ignacio’s debut party.

Work performed

The contractors will have a photo-video coverage, and will provide a lay-out for
the back drop and for the Photo booth, and also a lcd projector. The contractors
will also conduct a pre-debut photo shoot for the debutant and provide unlimited
pictures with a digital copy compiled in a cd/dvd.

Contract price

The client must pay the contractors for the work performed, materials used and
labor under the sum of 8,500 php.

Progress payments

Downpayment of 4000php shall be made on or before Jan. 29, 2011.

Last payment of 4500php shall be made on or before February 19, 2011.
