RE: Immigration Status

 I am Binod Prasad Subedi , date of birth 13/04/1967and my wife
Samita Subedi, (DOB 09/06/1977) address 16 Colonial Road,
Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1RU were informed by Tribunals service for
the hearing on 22nd March 2010, (appeal no. IA/02336/2010, HO
ref: S1144836), which was adjourned from the tribunal as per the
letter of 15th Feb 2010. Since that we have neither got any letter of
further hearing from the tribunal service nor from our immigration
advisor. So we have been worried about delaying to decide the
date of hearing. Because of these immigration matters our
employer are asking about our appeal updates and visa status. So
we would like to request you to issue a letter of our immigration
status and appeal updates to us as soon as possible.
