case acting for and on behalf of Jordan Marcus Harvey Morrish, Australian citizen,
passport number : PA1592368, address at 17 Martens Ave, Raymond Terrace ,
2324, NSW, Australia. and Abbey Elizabeth Morrish, Australian citizen, Passport
Number : PA5133760 Address : Br. Biaslantang Kaler Service, Purwakerti Village,
Kec. Brother, Kab. Karangasem, Bali, in this case each has chosen a legal residence
(domicile) in the place of their power of attorney mentioned above. As long as the
data and information from our client are as stated in the letter above, hereby submit
a letter of response to the Summons Letter Number: 02/SRT-NL/AGS/VII/2023 with
the following legal basis and facts:

1. That our client respects the partner's client's request for a success fee which
was promised by our client's biological father to the partner for handling the case
but our client does not fully understand because the partner only shows
evidence in the form of a conversation on WA but never shows an agreement
regarding a lawyer fee agreement between our client's biological father and
partner;

2. That our client is still very disappointed with Mrs. Rusdiana Lahiwu, because
there was no good communication about the condition and news of our client's
biological father, the fact that our client had just had a legal marriage/marriage
between the late. Our client's biological father and Mrs. Rusdiana Lahiwu since

 May 20, 2023 according to marriage certificate number: 6471-KW-29052023-
0004, issued by the Civil Registry Office of Balikpapan City on May 30, 2023
since our client has taken care of the death certificate of their biological father in
Balikpapan;

3. That our client was very disappointed with Mrs. Rusdiana Lahiwu because she
was never open to providing any information to our client as the child of the late.
Kimbel Harvey Morrish, because if at that time our client's father was seriously ill,
our client should have been notified, then surely our client would have asked for
treatment back to Australia to get better treatment but it was not carried out so
that our client was disappointed and considered all the legal facts that were
conveyed to our current client after our client's biological father died were all full
of fabrications and lies;

4. That our client is still very open to being invited to communicate regarding a
partner's request for a success fee to our client as long as the partner is able to
show evidence of a lawyer fee agreement with our client's biological father and
the partner as attorney for Mrs. Rusdiana Lahiwu also helps communicate that
Mrs. Rusdiana Lahiwu is willing to return the certificate of ownership of a plot of
land covering an area of 2000 M2, with a certificate of ownership number:
1988/Desa Purwakerthi, measuring letter dated 28-09-2016, number: 10
98/PURWAKERTHI/2016 registered in the name of I Ketut Karya, to Mr. I Ketut
Karya;

Thus this response letter was submitted, thank you for your attention and
cooperation.
