RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE VICE MAYOR JOSE FABIAN I. CADIZ, M.D.
TO DONATE THREE (3) OFFICE TABLE FOR THE USE OF THE CENTRAL STUDENT
GOVERNMENT OF THE PAMANTASAN NG LUNGSOD NG MARIKINA THIS CITY

WHEREAS, the Central Student Organization of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina is a newly
instituted student organization of the city university that primarily serves as a conduit of PLMar students to
the university administration, faculty of instruction and other concerned stakeholders of education;

WHEREAS, the CSG has an office situated within the university campus where student-officers and their
fellow students can strategize, transact, and work out their plans for the good of the university and of the
student populace;

WHEREAS, the CSG office is deficient of furnishings and fixtures that is apt for a presentable office of a
student organization;

NOW, THEREFORE:

On motion of all the officers of the Central Student Organization of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina,

BE IT RESOLVED as it is herby resolved to request as it hereby requests the Honorable Vice Mayor Jose
Fabian I. Cadiz, M.D. to donate three (3) office table for the use of the Central Student Government of the
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina

RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish copy of this Resolution to Honorable Vice Mayor Jose Fabian I. Cadiz
for his information and favorable action.

ADOPTED this 18th day of February 2011 during an emergency of the Central Student Government of the
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina held at the office of the CSG PLmar.
