    Glimpses of WHO AM I?

     I am Aliveness in the body and the universe, apprehended


    through the instruments of experience.

     I am Awareness in the wakeful and dreaming mind that keeps


    experiencing objects, entities, events, thoughts and feelings.

     I am Absence in the sleeping mind, which has completely


    withdrawn its instruments of experience processing.

     I am Presence in the mind experiencing the herenow with


    intense attention.

     I am Wholeness in the silent attentive mind experiencing the


    Awareness of Presence.

     I am Being in the Awareness of Presence.

     I am Sensitivity in the receptive heart, open to Being in the


    herenow.
