This is to inform the union that the company on the subsequent time has not initiated an
increscent in salary. That a General meeting was held by members of board of directors on low 6 salary grade
of the employees of the company and have come up with, that the company shall increase the salary per
person working in this company to 50%. The company has also decided to take most of their employees abroad
for one year training in other to increase the rate of productivity.
