We would first like to thank the Almighty Allah for giving us the strength and endowing us
with the privilege of completing our report

We are highly thankful to our this course teacher SIR HASHIM ZIA JAFRI who imparted
the knowledge of management and throughout the semester it was a pleasant experience with
him ,his support and constant effort has today cleared all our major concepts of the study and
finally helped us in preparing the report

We are also extremely thankful to our Bussiness communication teachers Mr. Sheikh
Muhammad Irfan and Ms Nighat Rizvi who taught us the basic principles of report writing
without which we could not have successfully achieved our task.

It was immenent here to mention and thank all the staff and employees specially Mr
SHARIQ SOHAIL(CEO) and MR ZAIN SHARIQ(operations management) of Rubatech
Manufacturing Company (Pvt) Ltd who with there constant effort and involvement helped us
throughout to prepare the report

Rubatech started its operations in the year 1956,initially known as asian rubber works and
then switched to the new name ,company growth can be seen from the fact that from one
operational factory opened three in different locations of Karachi.

They are sole provider of rubber products to all major car companies
like:

 Honda
 Toyota

Good Will
Rubatech maintains a good will in the market and has a monopoly and
all well reputed car manufacturer companies prefer work and easily
establish a long time working relation.

Technical Knowledge
Skilled work force having minimum Matriculation educational
requirement.

Control Mechanism
