While reviewing staff productivity we find that cumulative staff productivity for your
job is 6.6 L (including temp staff & trainees) up to Aug’06 and 3.7L for the period
Apr’06 to Aug’06 against the regional objective of 10.5 L / staff / Month.

As observed, the main reason for the low productivity is poor progress due to non-
supply of materials by clients. We understand that during last meeting, CMD NPCIL
has informed that huge materials will be supplied during Jan’06 – Mar’06.
Considering the commitment by CMD, we feel maintaining the staff as it is will
unnecessary increase our overheads and overall cost of project.

Hence, please look into the staff strength and inform us the staff whoever can be
released from site till arrival of client-supplied materials. We can remobilize the staff
as and when the client supplies reaches site.
