Taxpayers Foundation. The Foundation is completing a
comprehensive report on Post Employment Benefits. Mr. Widmer
is a well-known and respected policy analyst in our state.

Reginald "Buzz" Stapczynski, Andover Town Manager.

Andover has been confronting the Post Employment Benefit issue
aggressively and with success.

In addition to presentations by the speakers, the

conference will also include an opportunity for
attendees to discuss the OPEB obligations of cities
and towns and methods to those obligations.
