DEFINITIONS
"Software" refers to "phpDesigner 7" and "phpDesigner 7, portable edition" and a
ccompanying materials provided to you by MPSOFTWARE.
SCOPE OF LICENSE
By installing, copying or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by
the terms of this end-user license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms
of this end-user license agreement, do not install, copy or use the software. Us
ing any part of the software indicates that you accept these terms.
The software is licensed, not sold. This end-user license agreement only gives y
ou rights to use the software. MPSOFTWARE reserves all other rights including th
e ownership. You must treat this software like any other copyrighted material. U
nless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use
the software only as expressly permitted in this end-user license agreement.
EVALUATION VERSION
This license gives you right to use this software for 21 days evaluation purpose
s without paying. You are encouraged to use this opportunity to make sure, that
the software runs without any problems and that it meets your expectations befor
e ordering a license for it.
You are required to order a license for the software if you wish to continue usi
ng the software after the evaluation period has ended. Otherwise, you must delet

REGISTERED VERSION
a. Commercial License
This software may be use for any commercial, business, personal, educational, go
vernmental or institutional work. You can install this license at work, on your
laptop and at home as long as you are the only user of the license.
b. Personal License
This software can only be used by a private person and for non-commercial work o
nly. If you are a company or use it for commercial work a commercial license is
required. You can install this license at on your private laptop and at home as
long as you are the only user of the license.
c. Academic License
This license is only available to students and teaching staff of accredited educ
ational institutions, including colleges, universities and institutions. To qual
ify, you must have an email address from an accredited educational institution o
r a valid academic ID with a picture and visible enrolment date. You cannot use
the academic license for commercial work. You can install this license at on you
r private laptop and at home as long as you are the only user of the license.
d. Site License (x users)
Allows up to x different users to use the software within the company or organiz
ation holding the license. You can install this license at work, on your laptop
and at home as long as you are the only user of the license.
e. Portable (commercial)
This software may be use for any commercial, business, personal, educational, go
vernmental or institutional work. You can install this license at work, on your
laptop and at home as long as you are the only user of the license.
f. Portable (personal)
This software can only be used by a private person and for non-commercial work o
nly. If you are a company or use it for commercial work a commercial license is
required. You can install this license at on your private laptop and at home as
long as you are the only user of the license.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly understand and agree that:
a. Your use of this software is at your sole risk. This software is provided on
an "as is". MPSOFTWARE expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether e
xpress or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merch
antability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
b. MPSOFTWARE makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements
, (ii) this software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii)
the results that may be obtained from the use of this software will be accurate
or reliable, (iv) the quality of this software will meet your expectations, and
(v) any errors in the software will be corrected.
c. The use of the software is on you own risk and you will be solely responsible
for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the so
ftware.
d. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from MPSOF
TWARE or through or from this software shall create any warranty not expressly s
tated in the license agreement.
e. You expressly understand and agree that MPSOFTWARE or the author shall not be
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplar
y damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill,
use, data or other intangible losses (even if you has been advised of the possib
ility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use of t
his software; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resu
lting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or mes
sages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) u
nauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statemen
ts or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any
other matter relating to the service.
f. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce this
software to a human perceivable form.
g. Using warez version, crack, warez passwords, patches, serial numbers, registr
ation codes, key generator, pirate key, keymaker or keygen for this software lic
ense key is illegal and prevent future development of the software. Download lin
ks are directly from our mirrors or publisher's website, software torrent or sha
red files from free file sharing and free upload services, including Rapidshare,
MegaUpload, YouSendIt, SendSpace, DepositFiles, DivShare or MediaFire, are not
used.
DELIVERY
You will receive your registration details for the software by e-mail within 24

tware. However, MPSOFTWARE may, in its sole discretion, provide updates and/or s
upplements of the software and/or related information to you hereunder, in which
case such updates shall also be deemed to be included in the software and there
fore governed by this license agreement.

rding our products and services.
LEGAL EFFECT
This license agreement describes certain legal rights. You may have other rights
under the laws of your country. This agreement does not change your rights unde
r the laws of your country if the laws of your country do not permit it to do so
.
TERMINATION
This license agreement terminates if you fail to comply with its terms and condi
tions. If your license terminates, you must destroy all copies of the software y
ou have.
