    INSTRUCTIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

    IntroducƟon

    This report aims to explain the instrucƟons and cerƟficaƟons clauses in the 3
    major building contracts:

    PAM Contract 2006


    PWD Form 203A (2007)
    CIDB Standard Form of Contract for Building Works (2000)

    The report will aƩempt to explain the topic with as liƩle technical law jargon as
    much as possible and will use the PAM Contract 2006 as the basis of compari-
    son. Any deviaƟons or addiƟonal clauses in the two other contract will be
    given, otherwise only the clause number will be listed as the intent of the con-
    tracts are almost similar in nature.

    The report is also intended to be read in conjuncƟon with these Contracts as


    there are many clauses and definiƟons listed that are based on the contracts.
