Written application – the candidate will need to


give personal details, employment details,
education and competencies.
Assessment centre- interview role play, literacy
test, numeracy test, 2 general tests.
Medical-eyesight, hearing, lung function, blood
pressure, body mass and drug screening.
Fitness tests- A bleep test, 2 upper body strengths
Medical- references, vetting
