• Stress is a physiological response to an imbalance in
the mind.

• Stress is the adverse reaction people have excessive
pressure or other types of pressure placed on them.

• self-conscious feel everyone is staring at you

• Some amount of stress is essential for us to excel in
life. This is good stress or “EUSTRESS”

• But when stress is too much then it reduces
performance. This is bad stress or “DISTRESS “

emotional responses that occur when the
requirements of the job do not match the capabilities,
resources, or needs of the worker.
