Arts & Craft Booth Space - 10’x10’ ..........$200.00 10’x20’..........$380.00
Extra Booth Space.........$20.00 Each additional foot

Strolling Vendor..........$125.00
Cannot be in one area for more than 15 min. Will be Enforced.

Cleaning Deposit $25.00 (Refundable)

Set Up
Friday, May 6th.........From 12 noon - 4 pm
Saturday, May 7th......... From 7am - 10am
No one is allowed to tear down before 7pm on Sunday. If you do you will
not be allowed in the event the following year.

 Native related items only. Please note that this will be enforced and you will be asked to remove the
item or be asked to leave the event.
 Food/Candy and Drinks not to be sold.
 Vehicles must be parked in parking area by 10 am on Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise you may be cited.
 Each vendor must donate one item for the raffle table by 10 am on Saturday morning.
 Every Booth must have lights on during the night for security. Bring your own 150 foot electric cord.
 Tables must be covered on all sides. Things not being sold must be kept from view of public.
 No booth sharing allowed.
 No Personal checks will be accepted.
 To reserve your space a fee of $100.00 must be paid, No Exceptions.
 Tent camping allowed in designated area in park. A list of all names is required.
 Booth space will be assigned by date of receiving payment.
