This 1936 built Spanish Colonial home has an overall rectangular shape.

The garage addition extends off


the back of the structure. The home has two horizontal bands as well as a basement level. The
structure has four vertical bays across the front elevation of the home. The wall finish is an off white
stucco material that covers ever inch of the façade. The main structure’s roof shape is hipped and the
addition of the home is gabled as well as cross gabled with a jerkinhead. There are three porches on the
home, all three of the porches are covered and the front porch has a pedimented arch. There is one
chimney in the home and it is located on the right wing of the home towards the back of the structure.
The front door of the home is a solid-core door with no lights. The windows on the structure are
casement.
