entire bill and insert

General; creating Office of Civil Rights Enforcement;
16 providing duties of Office; providing for
noncodification; and providing an effective date.

19 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

20 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be

21 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

22 By July 1, 2012, there shall be created within the Office of the

23 Attorney General an Office of Civil Rights Enforcement to assume all

24
1 functions, duties, contracts and responsibilities of the Oklahoma

2 Human Rights Commission.

3 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2011.”

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 3. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be

13 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

14 By July 1, 2012, there shall be created within the Office of the

15 Attorney General an Office of Civil Rights Enforcement to assume all

16 functions, duties, contracts and responsibilities of the Oklahoma

17 Human Rights Commission.
