    1. There are 6 sanctioned posts for Additional Commissioners in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) that can be filled by deputation of IAS officers of Selection Grade or higher. 2. Currently, only 2 of these posts are filled by IAS officers on deputation, leaving 3 posts unfilled. 3. For the 12 posts of Deputy Commissioner in MCD zones, at least 50% or 6 are meant for IAS/DANICS officers of Joint Secretary Grade or higher, with 3 for IAS and 3 for DANICS, but currently there is only 1 IAS officer and 6 DANICS officers.
