1. The date of promoton to the post of Secton Supervisor will be the date of joining. The
seniority of above ofcial will be as per Employees Provident Fund Staf (Fixaton of Seniority)
Regulatons 1989 as amended from tme to tme.
2. The postng order will be issued separately.
3. They are liable to be transferred in Madhya Pradesh region on administratve grounds.
4. The pay fxaton of above ofcial will be as per rules. The said Secton Supervisor can give
opton for pay fxaton within one month of the receipt of Order as per rules.
5. They shall contnue to be governed by the Employees’ Provident Fund (Ofcers and Employees’
Conditons of Service) Regulatons, 2008.

This promoton of above ofcials is subject to the outcome of the various cases pending
before various judicial fora and any changes in the result declared vide HO leter No. A-
34013/1/2021-EXAM/355 dated 10.02.2022 due to the provision of retotaling and verifcaton of
the marks specifed in the HO circular No. File No.Exam.3(1)2017/SS/252 dated 11.12.2017.
