Sub: Request to implement IInd ACP (Assured Career Progression) with arrears
thereof in R/o the teachers working in Govt. of N.C.T of Delhi.

In pursuance of the notification No. F 30-1(28)/99/AR/Vol.II/3254-3354,dated

25.08.2003 under the signature of Sh. Rajender Kumar, the Director of education, Govt.
of N.C.T of Delhi and in the light of DOPT OM No. 35034/1/97/Estt.(D) dated
09.08.1999. I submit respectfully-

1. That I was appointed at the post of Junior P.E.T vide order no. -………………
Dated 30.06.1980 under the signature of Sh. Satya Pal Gulati, the General
Secretary, Samarth Shiksha Samiti(regd.) in Saraswati Bal Mandir, Hari
Nagar,New Delhi-110064.
2. That I was provided senior Pay Scale 1640-2900 since July 1992.
3. That I was promoted as P.G.T (Physical education) vide letter no. S-
2/4/130/92/Adm./749 dated 04.10.2002 w.e.f 01.09.2002 in the pay scale of
6500-10500 (revised pay scale of Senior Scale 1640-2900).
4. That I had completed the due tenure of 24 years of service and became entitled
to second upgradation to ACP Scale of Rs. 7500-250-12000 on 30.06.2004.
5. That I have been provided only 1st ACP in 1992.
6. That I have been deprived of the IInd ACP till date which became due on
30.06.2004.

Therefore, it is humbly prayed to provide me IInd ACP as due on 30.06.2004

having fixed in the pay scale of Rs. 7500-250-12000 with arrears thereof at the
earliest. The copy of the notification dated 25.08.2003 is enclosed herewith for
your kind perusal and marked as Annexure –A.
