To Whom It May Concern:

Ross Tuscany was a student teacher at Salem High School during the second semester of the 2010­
2011 school year. From the moment Ross began , he has conducted himself in a professional
manner. He immediately built positive relationships with staff and administration . Ross's dedication to
the teaching profession was evident from the beginning. He is always one of the first to arrive in the
morning, and one of the last to leave at the end of the day.

My observations of Ross clearly show that he cares deeply about the success of all of his students.
He has held before and after school study sessions so that students can receive extra help . Ross
seeks out new methods and activities from members of the staff to improve his instruction. He
welcomes constructive criticism, and then makes the necessary changes. This quality alone proves
to me that Ross is on his way to becoming an excellent teacher. Ross would be an excellent addition
to any school's staff.

It is because of these qualities and attributes that I am privileged to recomrnend Ross Tuscany.
