MICROWAVE EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

This cake proves that you can bake in a microwave oven successfully
Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Dark chocolate, grated
100 grams

Refined flour (maida)


1 1/3 cups

Butter, cubed
200 grams + for greasing

Baking powder
2 teaspoons

Powdered sugar
1 cup + 2 tablespoons

Vanilla essence
1 teaspoon

Milk
3/4 cup

Walnut kernels, chopped


1/2 cup

METHOD
Grease an eight-inch round microwave dish. Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave bowl
for one minute on Microwave HIGH (100%). In another bowl sift flour and baking powder.
Mix the melted chocolate and butter well. Add powdered sugar, vanilla essence and mix. Add
the flour and mix. Correct the consistency by adding milk. Add walnut kernels and mix
gently. Transfer the mixture into the prepared microwave dish. Cook for seven minutes on
Microwave HIGH (100%) Allow standing time of five minutes. Cool, slice and serve.
