Rock-solid presentation — don’t be vague
Get your key points organized
Use words that ‘denote’ and not ‘connote’
5. Clear
Familiar words prevent misunderstanding

6. Courteous
Tone should be courteous

7. Correct
Incorrect or unconfirmed information harms your
credibility as writer
