Corporation and guest understand and consent to the use of the credit card provided without original signature on the charge
slip, that a photocopy or fax of this agreement will serve as an original, and this Credit Card Authorization cannot be revoked
and will not terminate until 90 days after leased premises are vacated or termination of the lease, whichever occurs later.
• Long distance charges, local toll charges and Internet call charges, Pay-per-View and premium movie channels, if not
directly paid by company.

• Deposits including pet fees not covered by company.

• Rent or add-ons your company does not pay directly.
• Damages in your suite beyond normal wear & tear.
• Unreturned apartment keys, mail keys, access cards, garage openers, cable boxes, modems, & internet equipment.
• PRE-DEPARTURE INSPECTION: Oakwood reserves the right to enter your apartment within 7 days or less prior to the
date of your departure to inspect the premises. Oakwood will provide the guest/company with reasonable notice, in
compliance with applicable law, by email, telephone message, or written notice, of the date of said inspection.
I further understand that if my credit card is being used for billing of rent charges, it will be charged upon execution of
this agreement for the first 30 days rent.
