Analysis of Current Collection at BCHS

Objective: This analysis is to determine where to allocate remaining funds before the fiscal year ends.

The average age of the collection is not at an acceptable age. To remedy this, we will order new titles with our remaining
funds now, and weed some areas over the summer. Of course, no titles will be discarded until the faculty returns in
August. Collection management tools in Titlewave allow us to examine all areas of our collection. For this analysis, we
chose to look at areas that are considered age-sensitive.
