After 4 very successful Mental Health Recovery
Days, we have begun planning the 2011 event.
Again we are privileged to have Helen Glover as
a guest speaker. Helen is an inspiration to listen Tea & Coffee
to and people can expect to return home with &
knowledge, understanding and hope. Registration

This year we have moved to a larger venue to From
accommodate the overwhelming demand for 8.30am
people to attend. We hope to create the same
welcoming environment, but with many more
engaging workshops to choose from.
Stimulating workshops, time to chat and space
to contemplate PLUS great food!
