WATCHDOG'S REPORT TO RESIDENTS

As my E-mail address indicates, I have during the last several years uncovered the following
cases of Waste, Fraud, and Abuse.

* Thousands of dollars spent for filters, ultra violet lights, well casing improvements etc. all
based on the property owners allegations that Township was the cause of his water problem.
Monies were expended by one supervisor without any public debate or vote by the rest of the
Board members. Public was told by Supervisor Ziegler that when and if it was found that
Township was not cause of problem resident would reimburse costs, nine months later and in
excess of $20,000. Environmental studies which proved beyond a shadow of a doubt Township
was not cause of the residents water problem, no attempt has been made to collect Taxpayers
expenses.

* Proved that hollow campaign promises to hold down Legal fees was just a bunch of political
rhetoric or BS by Democrat John Stasik and his RINO allies. I pointed out last July that Legal
costs had at the end of June bypassed the previous Solicitors fees for the whole year of 2009,
we were told it would be looked into, only after I submitted a letter to newspapers 8 months
later was any effort made by supervisors to investigate these costs. Alas no public statement has
been forthcoming in regards to affect any savings.

* We brought the supervisors kicking and screaming to abide by the laws to the Commonwealth
ofPa. concerning the Sunshine Law and Open Records Law. To date Township records show
Staff meetirigs are not advertised or open to public, only Developers and various invited persons
from special interests attend.

* The Jackson Rd. project, which was never in the Rt. 100 corridor plan, as per Mr. Wynne at
public meeting (we just added it.) The increase from 125 units to as many as 272 units was as
per Supervisor Ziegler at public meeting (I have tape of same) Mr. Wynne's suggestion. This
plan does nothing but increase cost to School System, Township Police and Fire dept. and
enriches developers.

I will continue to fight for your protection and as Supervisor will not place the interests ahead
of the citizens of Douglass Township.

Elect Republican Fred Theil as your next Supervisor on May 17th, Feel free to call
