Fast food is bad

You know it, then why eat it


Fast Food Rots
• Fries, burgers, ice cream, hot dogs, subs, pizza etc, we’ve heard them all,
seen them all and ate them all. What’s bad about them? You’ll see

• All fast foods are high in fat, sugar and cholesterol all leading to obesity,
heart problems and other health issues.

• Apart from expanding our waist lines, all these foods have very high
calories, about 1000 calories each, a daily healthy diet is about 2000
calories, one burger gives you half the amount of calories you already need.

• Also fast food is addictive, the high amounts of salt and sugar make the
brain seek them out.

• They are loaded with preservatives and artificial flavors, the preservatives
which are synthetic substances and chemicals to slow decomposition of
foods.
McDonalds
• Or McCruelty?

• All McDonalds food contain extremely high contents of fat


and cholesterol. They are very unhealthy and contain lots of
salt and preservatives.

• An example is a man conducted an experiment by eating


McDonalds for 30 days straight. He began to grow obese. He
put on 25 pounds and began to feel fatigue. Also his liver
began to fill up with fat and his blood sugars went
dangerously high, needless to say his cholesterol levels went
sky high making him a very vulnerable to heart disease.
Subway
• Eat fresh? Or do they mean never fresh

• Although subway must be a million times better than


McDonalds (it set the bar way too high) it is still sometimes
unhealthy

• Subway does offer many different types of vegetables.

• Subway has continuously underestimated all their calories


food.

• The cookies and *free refills* that Subway offer are also very
disastrous to you health.
KFC
• Finger lickin’ good? Or finger fattening good

• KFC uses unnatural frying oil and is EXTREMELY high in trans


fat, three pieces of chicken gives you enough fat and trans fat
for the entire day.

• Also KFC have admitted breaching hygiene issues, from


stained floors to critters running around, this place definitely
needs cleaning.
Pizza Hut
• Now your eating? What are we really eating?

• Pizza hut has an extremely high amount of oil and fat.

• It has been awarded the sodium king after having one of the
most salt in it’s pizzas.

• It has high amounts of cholesterol and carbohydrate also.


Conclusion

• If you don’t want to look like these two.


Don’t eat fast food!

make us look like these two
