IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR OFFLINE CANDIDATES

1. Candidates should carry HB pencils, eraser & pen to the examination hall

2. This Admit Letter is issued subject to rules governing the Examination applied for.

3. This Admit Letter should be carried along with the member’s permanent Identity card and should be
produced for verification at the Examination Centre.

4. Candidate may be denied permission to write the Examination without this Admit Letter.

5. In case of loss of this Admit Letter, duplicate will be issued on demand.

6. Misuse of this Admit Letter will amount to serious misconduct, punishable under the examination
rules.

7. Venue of the Examination is mentioned above. Only in case of any change in the venue candidate
would be advised by a separate communication accordingly.

8. Candidate should occupy the seat as per the seat number mentioned against the subject name in the
Admit Letter.

9. Institute will be issuing consolidated mark sheet cum completion Memorandum to candidates who
have passed all subjects of JAIIB/CAIIB EXAMINATION. As regards candidates who have not passed
all subjects, printed result advices (original as well as duplicate) will not be issued but the same will
be available on Institute’s website ‘www.iibf.org.in’ in printable form. Candidates are requested to
download the same.

10. Candidates are requested to read the instructions/information about ON-LINE / OFF-LINE
examinations before appearing for the examinations. The instructions are available on the homepage
of the Institute’s website ‘www.iibf.org.in’ under the link “INSTRUCTIONS / INFORMATION ABOUT
ON-LINE / OFF-LINE EXAMINATIONS OF THE INSTITUTE.”
