27/4: Images

11/5: Stories and Effects

8/6: Characters

22/6: (Re)Construction

6/7: Experience and Observation

Time: 1 hour per lesson

Procedures:

During the first part of the meeting, students discuss the theoretical background underlying
each technique, the explanations, definitions and comments presented in both the script from
every programme and the introduction to every section; which they will have read before the
lesson.

During the second part of the lesson, students carry out one or more activities suggested in
every section. They may work in groups, in pairs or individually depending on the type of
activity. Their productions will be handed in and they will have them back the following lesson
with written feedback.

Optional: Depending on the section that is being dealt with and the type of activities
presented, students may be asked to do another activity by themselves outside the classroom.
The activity will be explained in class, but the production will take place at home, and it will be
included in every student’s portfolio.
