HOW TO CREATE INVOICE IN E.R.

P FINNANCIAL APPLICATION

1, First Double Click On Invoices,

2, Then Click On Invoice Batches,


3,Batch window Open,

4, Write Batch Name in the Given Pattern, Then Click On Invoices Option
5, Invoice Header Window Open, Then Select 2nd Option In Invoice Folder, Click On
This Option

6, Insert Required Field & Yellow Fields Are Mandatory As On The Requirement of
Finance Department.
7, Click On The DFF Field In Which You Insert The Approval Details Of Your
Department Head.

8, Voucher Number Is System Generated Number That Is Unique on Document


Category Name
9, Then Click On Distribution Button.

10, Invoice Distribution opened, Insert The Amount on Department Cost Center.

11, Click On Account Field.


DFF Field Open, Click On List Button Or Click On OK.

12, Insert Job Code In These Fields.

13, As shown In Example, Then Click OK.


14, Click On Tools Option List Open Select Check Funds to Check Budget Available
Or Not.

15, Budgetary Option tells about availability Of Funds.


16, Click on View Option , and Select Request To Run The Voucher Of NLO Or
Miscellaneous.

17, Select Submit a New Request


18, Then Click Ok,

19, Insert Name Of Voucher Report,


20, For NLO And Miscellaneous Voucher Name,
21, Insert The Parameters As Shown In Example

22, Then Select Ok,


23, Then Click On Submit

24, Press Refresh Data Button For the Completion Of Report


25, Click On View Point To View The Voucher,

26, Finally The Voucher Appear,


• All The Steps Are Same as In Miscellineous Voucher Except Tax .
