    Restriction digestions of pUC19


    purified from JM109 using the GenElute
    Plasmid Miniprep Kit. Lane 1 was an
    undigested plasmid, lanes 2-4 were cut with
    Bam HI, Eco RI and Pst I respectively. Lane
    M was 1 kb ladder (11 fragments from 0.5 to
    10 kb). Electrophoresis was on a 1%
    agarose gel.
