YOUNG LIONS SLOVAKIA 2011 REGISTRATION FORM

Young Lions Slovakia 2011 competition is open to any team of 2 people who are between
18 - 28 years (born after 25 June 1982) and are working and/or studying in the creative
industry. Each team member should either have the Slovak nationality and/or be based in
the Slovak Republic (so Slovak people living/working abroad are welcome to participate).
After completing your registration we will send you an email with more details about the
competition.

To register please fill in the registration form and send it to canneslions@isifa.com with a
copy of your ID or passport, for us to be able to confirm your age.
