The Mobile Offshore Learning Unit (MOLU) is

Simple labs to use in order to introduce students to the concepts of scientific processes

Scientific processes are skills science students should be introduced to early and used
often throughout their 6-12 science classes. The Candy labs are the result of trial, error,

experience, and a profound interest of mine in the nature of science. The use of plain and
peanut chocolate in a colorful candy shell is not new to some science teachers, but I have
