Time Activity

3 Minutes Step:
1.Set up a ten yard square in which you will practice
keeping the close to ball your feet, keeping your head
up, and be aware of what around you just like in a
game and having full control of the ball.
2.Move the ball using the inside of you feet and the
outside of your feet inside the 10 yard square
3. Keep your head up while you are moving with the
ball.
4. Change direction while moving with the ball and
start cutting with the ball so that you stay in the 10
yard square.
5. Continue moving the ball with the inside of your
feet and outside of your feet within the square.

4 Minutes Students will form two or three groups and each


group will set up a 10 yard square. One at a time
students will practice controlling the ball in the 10
yard square for 1 minutes until every students have
had a turn.(Other should be observing as a player
takes his turn.)
5 Minutes Student may go for a second round and the students
that miss up the most will carry all soccer equipment
to the gym.ALL
