European Management Solutions is a full service independent recruitment firm specialized in the donor
funded sector. We aim at providing customized human resource services for international donors, consultancy
companies as well as NGO’s with operations in developing countries.
We currently employ over a dozen people in our Moldovan office. To strengthen our activities further, we are
looking for Recruiters.
The selected candidate(s) will be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time (40 hours
per week, standard working hours). No travel is foreseen as part of this job.
University degree
2-3 years of experience in a relevant domain (HR, Sales, international business, international
development projects)
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written!) is a must
Good computer literacy
Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
