Good afternoon your honour,

I come before you today representing my client Andrew Beckett who was

wrongfully terminated from his law firm Wyant & Wheeler. Andrew Beckett

worked for Wyant & Wheeler for a number of years. Over the years Andrew was

a hard working perservering lawyer and through all the difficulties he may have

encountered over the years while working at Wyant & Wheeler he would always

get the job done. Now the opposition is here today to tell us that Andrew Beckett

was fired based on his incompetent work ethic, but from a clear viewpoint it

shouble obvious that the reason Mr.Beckett was terminated from Wyant &

wheeler was because he has A.I.D.'s They can make up any excuse they want to

about why the fired Andrew Beckett but the real reason is right in front of us

today. A deadly incurable disease that we know nothing about is why Andrew

Beckett was terminated, he was blatantly discriminated against and deserves

justice for these wrongful acts. While working there some of the partners noticed

Mr.beckett's lesion and illness. Another worker also suffering from the same

illness gave the partners full oppurtunity to know that Andrew Beckett had A.I.D.'s

because she also had lesions.
