    Region Chair Report- Rainy Kaplan


    • Officer Election Information needs to be sent to Rainy and
    Sandy Arlt.
    • NEA/RA--$1500/person cap on delegate allotment (or what
    state sets as allotment)
    • SLA schools and scholarships
    • Region Bylaws state that 1 person is covered out of 3
    persons attending.
    • We have 7-8 people attending so that should cover
    3 of our members
    • 'At Large Scholarship'
    • 5 scholarships available
    • will be reimbursed
    • pays for dorm, transportation, and registration
