New Member Application

(Fill out legibly and accurately and send with your Hosting and Tracking System Fee)

To activate your membership, you must first pay your annual hosting and tracking system fee of $120 (in cash sent by
overnight courier). Print and fill out the New Member Application and send by overnight delivery along with your
hosting and tracking system fee.

If you do not have access to a printer, write your inviter's name and Member ID number along with your name, Member
ID number and email address on a blank piece of paper. Wrap your fee in dark paper and place it in an envelop before
putting it in the overnight package.

When you return to the main website to log in with your Member ID and Password, you will be asked to enter the
overnight delivery tracking number. Once we receive your New Member Application and $120 hosting fee and your
inviter has confirmed your pledge, you will have complete access to your Member Access Area.
